Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of inhicosmetics.com and OEM/ODM/OBM services by INHI International Limited.

1. Services

OEM, ODM, OBM, and Private Label manufacturing for beauty and personal care products.

2. Orders and MOQ

All orders subject to agreed minimum order quantities. We may adjust MOQ based on feasibility.

3. Specifications and Approvals

Specifications must be confirmed in writing before production. Customers approve samples before confirmation.

4. Quotations

Valid for 30 days. Pricing based on agreed specifications and quantities.

5. Payment

50% deposit before production. Balance before shipment. T/T, PayPal, or agreed methods.

6. Intellectual Property

Customer brand names, logos, and designs remain customer property. INHI formulations and processes remain INHI property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties keep proprietary information confidential. NDA available upon request.

8. Quality Assurance

GMP-certified facility, ISO 22716 standards. Every batch undergoes QC testing. Report quality issues within 14 days.

9. Shipping

Risk transfers on handover to carrier. Customer responsible for import duties and customs.

10. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order. No consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

Laws of Guangdong Province, China. Disputes resolved via Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
