What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Standard lead time is 25-35 business days for existing formulations and 45-60 business days for custom formulations. This includes formula development (if needed), sample approval, production, quality control, and packaging. Rush orders can be accommodated with advance notice.

How do I request a formula sample?

Simply click the “Request A Formula Sample” button on our homepage or contact us directly. We’ll send you 2-3 sample variants based on your requirements. Samples are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. Sample fees apply but are credited toward your first bulk order.

Can you create custom formulations?

Do you offer private label options?

What ingredients do you use?

We source high-quality raw materials from certified suppliers worldwide. Our ingredient portfolio includes natural and organic-certified materials, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, collagen, retinol, vitamin C, plant extracts, and more. All ingredients comply with EU, US, and ASEAN regulations.

What certifications does your facility hold?

What are your payment terms?

For new clients, we require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation and the remaining 50% before shipment. For established partners, we offer flexible payment terms including Net 30. We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
